Contracts

Contracts read clause by clause. Each term with the line and page it came from.

Upload a contract and Sanhita reads its parties, dates, payment terms, renewal and notice. A clause counts only after a person on your team confirms it. Problems are named plainly: a price that does not say whether GST is included, a payment term silent on who bears TDS.

  • Quotes the clause it read
  • Nothing counts until confirmed
  • Renewal and notice dates on the calendar

Payments

Bills matched before they are paid. Rate, quantity and GSTIN against the contract.

Every bill is linked to its contract and checked: the rate, the quantity agreed, the supplier's GSTIN. A bill above the contract is put on hold. For a small supplier, the pay-by date under section 15 of the MSMED Act. For every bill, a suggested TDS section for you to confirm, and the GST input credit window.

  • Held when it exceeds the contract
  • MSME pay-by dates counted for you
  • Tally entry drafted, posted after approval

Statutory filings

Filings with dates you can act on. GST, TDS, PF, ESI and the Companies Act.

The returns and filings the law asks of your company, each with its next date: GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, the TDS statements under the new Act's forms, PF and ESI, board meetings. Each rule's dates wait to be checked by your CA or your finance team before they count, and a filing is done when its acknowledgment number is recorded.

Names from the demo company.

Your CA checks. Your team approves. The person who asks is never the person who checks.

Your chartered accountant gets a sign-in of their own and one queue of what waits for them: filings to verify and reports to sign.

The CA's sign-off queue

Built to be audited. By your CA, your auditor and you.

Kept in Mumbai

Your documents are kept on servers in Mumbai. Each company's files sit apart, so closing an account removes them in one step.

On the record

Every change is recorded: who made it, to what and when. Filter it by person, team, item or date, and export what you see as a CSV.

People decide

Sanhita reads, checks and drafts. Nothing is paid, posted to Tally or marked filed until a person on your team signs it off.
